We have come together as a team to provide you with an excellent, very economical program that will teach, train and support you to successfully achieve your health optimization weight loss goals for the long term. Our program is lifestyle based.

WHAT TO EXPECT.
This program features monthly workshops that help you create healthy lifestyle habits and provides you with resources to help you continue on after you have finished the program.
Private Appointments with Naturopathic Doctor,
Fitness Training with Personal Fitness Trainer,
Deep Relaxation/ Positive Mental work with our Clinical Hypnotherapist,
Menu Plans & Yummy Recipes,
Nutritional Education / Lectures,
Weekly Weigh-In, Weekly Exercise/Food Diary review,
as well as support, new friends and long term maintenance plan.
FITNESS TRAINING & CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY
You choose either the Morning Group Sessions
OR the Afternoon Group Sessions and stay in that group each month.
Each month come dressed in comfortable clothing so Jenn can teach you your exercises. Also please bring a yoga mat with you and a bottle of water.
1) EXERCISES -
Jenn Kloberdanz will start with you, teaching you your exercises and routines for the month. All the individual exercises you learn, your 15-minute Morning Routine and your 15-minute Evening Routine will be available for you to follow online as you do them at home. You will successfully create the habit of doing some exercise daily that will become as automatic as brushing your teeth. Each month you will learn and master another simple but effective routine.
2) HYPNOTHERAPY - WENDY OLSON-LEPCHUK
After Jenn, Wendy will take you into a deep hypnotherapy relaxation/ restorative session. You will leave feeling positive, recharged and relaxed. You will also have access to Wendy’s hypnotherapy recordings so you can listen to them daily and keep those positive feelings going throughout the month
ONLINE NUTRITIONAL LECTURES
Dr. Dalen will post monthly Nutritional and Diet Lectures you can watch at your convenience. Education on Fat Burning, Food Sensitivities, Understanding Fat Metabolism, Proteins, Carbs, Starches, and Sugars., etc.
WEEKLY CHECK-IN - DR. DALEN ND
Weekly Diet Diaries/ Exercise Logs and Weight-ins. We want you to stay connected on a weekly basis so you will be dropping in to the center once a week to get weighed and drop off your diet and exercise journals. Dr. Dalen will be reviewing your journals weekly and emailing you with tips as needed.
MONTHLY PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS - DR. DALEN ND
Dr. Dalen will take your medical history and the two of you will discuss and define your personal health optimization and weight loss goals, obstacles you have experienced in the past, and get a realistic idea of your life and work schedules so a practical plan can be made for you that works.
This program is safe and non-judgemental. Small, successful incremental changes in your lifestyle can and will lead to your success over time.
Our focus is long term success and wellbeing, not rapid weight loss that will return. It is perfectly fine starting where you are and enjoy moving forward at a speed that works for you.
We want you to succeed without frustration or any feelings of being “overwhelmed” in making positive changes in your diet and lifestyle. Remember the Tortoise and the Hare? Slow and steady wins the race!
Your monthly private appointments allow us to tailor this program to meet your needs. It is also a good time to answer any questions or challenges and to measure and record your success along the way.
First Level Graduation Gathering: At the end of the three months it is time to mingling, socialize, acknowledging and support each other’s success and have some fun!
Outdoor Recreation: During this program, we will also be encouraging you to join us in random outdoor recreation, such as snow shoeing, walking, etc. Duretta Bradfield, for instance, is one of our guest Yoga Teachers at Healthy Village and she does an amazing job of connecting people for outdoor recreation, fresh air, friendship and exercise. These are free gatherings of whoever wants to participate. We will keep you connected to these opportunities around town and organize some of these ourselves as well. This is a great way to deepen friendships made in your group and enjoy getting fresh air and exercise.
Next Level: Once you have completed these first three months, you will be invited to register for the next 3-month level.
To qualify to go on to the next level, you must do a good job of the first level, doing at least 80% of your exercises and doing a decent job on your diet diaries. (Of course, you all will qualify because we will be helping you to succeed along the way. )

If you have coverage for Naturopathic Services, you may be reimbursed for the cost of this program. $125.00 per month is for your monthly private appointments and everything else in this program is included in that fee.
